Staff access
Use your Accu-Cut Google account, or the Google account Trevor put on the staff list.
🔍 Look up a customer
Pick what you know and start typing — matches show up as you go. Capitals, spaces and dashes don't matter: dave finds Dave's, and aw7xlp299 finds serial AW7XLP-299-1021.
🧳 Trip
A trip is one pass through an area for one technician. Pick one and every answer you record below is saved on the server with your name and the time, so you can carry on from any computer. Customers you add here are the trip; the ones marked Approved are the route.
🗺 Where's the trip going?
→
The shortest drive between the two ZIPs, worked out once. Customers are listed in driving order with how far off the road they sit; those with no map position in Salesforce come last, never dropped.
✉️ The message
Merge fields fill in per customer: {contact} {company} {machine} {lastpm} {tech} {week}. A sentence that mentions {lastpm} is left out for a customer with no PM date on record, so nothing is made up. With no machine on file, {machine} reads "machine". Edits you make here are kept on this computer. Don't add a sign-off: Lori's signature block is added to every email automatically.
📱 The text message
Same merge fields and the same rule for unknown facts. Keep it short. Texts come from Accu-Cut's number, (352) 744-3325. The first text to a customer gets "Accu-Cut" and "Reply STOP to opt out." added automatically; replies in an ongoing conversation go out just as you type them.
Texting: tap 📱 on a customer, check the message, and press Send. Only text customers who said yes to getting texts from Accu-Cut.
🟢 Route — 0 approved
Customers who said yes and have not been visited yet. This is what goes to Route4Me.
